Damuth has been fitted out with a metal retrofit TPO roof system in Chesapeake. The existing roof had leaks and condensation issues. We installed custom-cut EPS to fill the flutes and 1″ ISO on top to provide an added bonus of more R-value. Then we used Carlisle Construction Materials .060 TPO which is secured with SFS Group induction welded plates fastened through the structural purlins.
